Our work also spans health systems issues that cut across multiple fields and areas such as (i) health information – with special interest in disease/mortality surveillance, data collection, management, analysis and interpretation for action and (ii) health workforce – with a focus on medical education and professional development.
Using our expertise in biostatistics, demography, applied epidemiology and population health, there is also a special interest in the ‘program science’ of (i) design (ii) implementation and (iii) evaluation of health programs in maternal and child health, tobacco and noncommunicable diseases.
